Drawn to the Gospel

I’m a pastor, a chaplain, and an artist. For me, drawing and storytelling have always been ways of making sense of the mess and wonder of life and world around me, and of course, the grace of God.

This blog was launched exactly one year after my Mum returned to be with the Lord in May 2024. The months and weeks leading up to her passing were especially sacred. I witnessed the quiet strength of her faith and my dad’s, shining brightly through suffering. My brothers and I, along with our wives and children, count it a blessing to have supported and shared in that part of their journey.

Over the years I have accumulated (and continue to accumulate) sermon notes, sketches, stories as reflection of my faith and creativity–and sometimes both! They’ve helped me in my life as a Christian, as well as the various roles God has entrusted me with.

I start this blog with the vision of sharing the good things God has given me, and hoping that somehow they may draw you to Him as well.
