My name is Christian Tirtha, I’m a follower of Jesus, a graphic artist as well as pastor by training. I’m an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Victoria and an accredited chaplain with Chaplaincy Australia.
Today, I serve as a staff chaplain at a Heathdale Christian College, providing pastoral support for their staff. I am also working towards completing the Doctor of Ministry with Melbourne School of Theology.
I began my professional life as a graphic designer and animator, bringing stories through visual art and characters. God redirected that storytelling stint toward telling a bigger Story through pastoral ministry.
I served several years with the International (formerly Indonesian) Christian Church at Scots’ Presbyterian Church in Melbourne, where I learned the joys and challenges of preaching Christ, caring for people, and being part of a gospel-centred team.
Drawn to the Gospel is a blog where my love for visual art, storytelling, and gospel ministry meets. Through artwork, short stories, devotions and reflections, I hope to inspire others and help people drawn to the truth and grace found in Jesus.

Thanks for stopping by. I’m glad you’re here.

For the artistically inclined, I still draw on pen and paper, as well as digitally. My tools of choice are Wacom One and/or Surface Pro running Clip Studio Paint.
